Welcome to ED Financial Services. Based in Flintshire, North Wales.
Born and brought up near Mold and completed University studies at Bangor University, and currently live in Northop Hall, married with 2 young children.
I am a fully qualified mortgage advisor, holding CEMAP qualifications 1, 2, and 3. With years of experience in the financial services sector.
I am also a fully certified Rent Smart Wales Agent, who can provide landlords with a low cost fully managed personalised service.
As well as providing mortgage advise, and a fully managed rental service for landlords the business is focussed on helping people complete some of the financial and everyday processes, which if you are not too familiar can seem daunting to navigate on your own. Providing a 1 to 1 personal touch is at the heart of what the business is offering. Using simple straight forward language without the jargon.
